The position requires an energetic, self-starting individual with strong management and leadership skills and the ability to effectively multi-task within a dynamic, high-tech company. As a key member of the Finance department, this position must be able to communicate and work effectively with other departments in fulfilling requirements of the position, as follows:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Reporting
  • Customer Billing
  • Revenue Assurance
  • Cash Management
  • Budget Preparation
  • Personnel Administration
  • Staff Supervision

Candidates are required to have:

  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Effective business communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly organized, ability to focus on detail, but not lose sight of “big picture.”
  • Ability to exercise independent thought and judgment in performance of responsibilities.
  • Proficient in use of computer and Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Skills and Education:

  • CPA with 5 or more years of public accounting or commensurate industry accounting experience.
  • Personnel management experience.
  • Income tax knowledgeable.
  • Fluency in speaking or writing Spanish a plus.
