Software Engineers
Interop is looking for software developers at all experience levels to support rapid expansion across all of our solutions. The position requires a responsible, team oriented, well organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working on our various existing messaging platforms, including SMS, MMS, WAP, and OTA.
- Work on multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
- Assisting in the design and development of new product offerings.
- Make enhancements and bug fixes to existing applications.
- Assisting the Network Operations Center to provide support within the company’s production environment.
Candidates are required to have:
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ • Strong knowledge of Perl and PHP
- Experience with Ruby
- Working knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Familiarity with SQL, experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL a plus
- Assist in the authoring of architectural and technical specification documentation
- A strong desire to learn new technology
Preferred Skills and Education:
- A BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
