  • Available Interactive Voice Response System (IVR)

    Our solution offers an optional IVR System that is fully integrated into the OTAF, saving you time and resources by automating routine tasks, including activation, MDN changes, ESN swaps, and PRL updates and inquiries, while making services available 24 hours a day.

    Through online reports, you can view the outcome results of a session and the total number of times a session was attempted during a specified time frame via a specific MDN or TRN.

  • OTAPA for mass updates or one-offs

    With Over-the-Air Parameter Administration (OTAPA), operators can simply send mass updates to customer devices or reprogram individual devices. Customer service representatives can do “one-off” updates so engineers can focus on more technical tasks. OTAPA provides full business visibility with real-time, Web-based customer care and reporting from the OTA campaign to the individual customer level.

    Automated PRL Selection dynamically determines the most appropriate PRL for a target device based on a number of operator-specified device or subscriber parameters. Parameters can include those collected directly from the device (via the protocol capabilities request, for example) or from other operator systems, such as the rate plan. This capability helps ensure that every device gets the right PRL, raising success rates, reducing the number of corrective resends, and optimizing the overall effectiveness of operators' roaming agreements.
