Our innovative MMSC simultaneously supports multiple protocols—including CDMA, GSM, IP, IMS, and LTE—in a single, logical platform. Our MMSC also supports the following standard MMS protocols:

MM1 - mobile-to-mobile messaging
MM3 - messaging to and from mobile devices and email
MM4- inter-carrier messaging
MM7 - Value-Added Service Provider (VASP) messaging, such as ringtones
Full range of 3GPP/3GPP2 audio and video formats

The Interop MMSC includes integrated dynamic transcoding and optimization of multimedia messages to adapt message types to the receiving devices' characteristics, giving subscribers widespread access to multimedia content.

Web-based tools for enhanced visibility

With our robust web-based tools, you can gain visibility into detailed user information, such as traffic summary statistics on grand and daily totals for mobile, e-mail, inter-carrier, and VASP messages, as well as total volume.

The included Message Tracker tool provides the ability to instantly track messages based on source/destination, MDN, e-mail, or short code. Visibility into message status, detailed logging events, and User Agent Profiles (UA Profs) improves troubleshooting, reduces costs associated with escalation to higher level technicians, and improves customer service.

Value-added services for greatest benefit

You can gain maximum value from your MMSC system by integrating Interop Technologies' Messaging Personalization and Control (MPAC) services. Features include filtering controls, such as blacklisting/whitelisting, as well the capability to restrict international text messages and block specific country codes.
