With Three More Regional Wireless Carriers

InterOP Has 52 Premium SMS, WAP, MMS & TCS Contracts With 35 Carriers

FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, August 12, 2005 –InterOP Technologies, a premier service provider of mobile data solutions, today announced new wireless messaging contracts with Blue Wireless, C.C. Communications, and Nex-Tech Wireless.

Blue Wireless, which offers local and long distance cellphone service in Buffalo NY, Jamestown NY, Erie PA, Olean NY and Elmira NY, chose InterOP Technologies to handle its Short Message Service (SMS) capabilities

CC Communications, which is owned and operated by Churchill County in Northern Nevada, has also chosen InterOP to handle its SMS, Multimedia Messaging Services (MMS), Wide Area Protocol (WAP), and InterOP’s Total Content Solution ™ (TCS) capabilities. . Now in business for over 110 years, CC Communications is ranked 116 in size out of 1,324 independent telephone companies.

In another agreement, InterOP will also provide SMS and MMS to Nex-Tech Wireless, Nex-Tech Wireless is comprised of three members: Nex-Tech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rural Telephone Service Co., Inc. (“Rural Telephone”) of Lenora, Kansas, GBT Communications, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Belt Telephone Association, Inc. (“Golden Belt Telephone”) of Rush Center, Kansas, and LR Communications, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mutual Telephone Company (“Mutual Telephone”) of Little River, Kansas.
