Damian Sazama Named Vice President Marketing and Product Development To Help Support Expansion at Interop Technologies

Company Focuses on Messaging, Device Management, and Personalization Solutions For Wireless Operators and Major Brands

FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, Mar. 13, 2007—Interop Technologies, a leading provider of advanced wireless technology solutions for the global wireless, packaged goods, and content industries, today announced that Damian Sazama is the company’s new Vice President of Marketing. Sazama joins Interop Technologies from Bluegrass Cellular, Inc., where he was Vice President of Sales/Marketing and Product Development.

Sazama began his wireless career with GTE Mobilnet as a cell site technician. In 1991, he was one of five employees from GTE who started the management team for Bluegrass Cellular, Inc. He held several positions in the company and in 2001 was promoted to vice president of sales/marketing and product development. He was also appointed as an officer of Bluegrass Cellular, Inc.

While serving as vice president of Bluegrass Cellular, Sazama successfully launched many enhanced wireless services, including digital wireless, mobile email, SMS, MMS, ringtones, ringback tones, and push-to-talk services.
