Interop Technologies has achieved interoperability with Red Bend Software’s (News - Alert) Mobile Software Management, or “MSM,” solutions for firmware over-the-air, or “FOTA,” updating and standards-based mobile device management, or “MDM.”
Following the Open Mobile Alliance Device Management, or “OMA-DM,” standards, the two companies have ensured interoperability between the Interop Technologies Subscriber Capability Originated Provisioning Environment or “SCOPE” Device Management solution and Red Bend’s vRapid Mobile and vDirect Mobile client software, deployed in 680 million mobile devices worldwide.
